Web Scavenger Hunt


EXPLORING THE ORIGINAL 13 COLONIES

We will be exploring some of the websites that will serve as resources on the where different American Indians tribes lived, what the land looked like, and where the colonies were located.

Use the following websites to help you answer questions for you scavenger hunt.

  1. 1.NATIVE LANGUAGES OF THE AMERICAS- Website provides detailed maps of the American Indians in each state.

  2. 2.MAPS OF- Website provides a detailed physical map of the United States and allows you to zoom in on different areas.

  3. 3.NW TRAVEL MAGAZINE ONLINE- Provides detailed information regarding the original inhabitants of each of the 13 colonies.

  4. 4.EL CIVICS FOR ESL STUDENTS- Website provides a detailed map and information on the original 13 colonies.
